أُطلقت المبادرة بتمويل كامل ومشترك من Brot für die Welt – Bread for the World وبمساهمة خبيرة التجميل الإماراتية مريم إبراهيم، بهدف مساعدة النساء اللواتي يواجهن الفقر وضعف فرص العمل والتهميش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
Because one opportunity can change
an entire family’s future
An initiative that turns skills and the will to work into real, structured and sustainable small businesses.
The initiative was launched with full joint funding from Brot für die Welt – Bread for the World and the contribution of UAE beauty expert Mariam Ibrahim, supporting women facing poverty, limited employment opportunities, and economic and social marginalisation.

نؤمن أن التمكين الاقتصادي لا يبدأ بمنحة مالية فقط، بل بمنظومة تساعد المرأة على اكتساب المهارة، وتجهيز مشروعها، والوصول إلى العميلات، والاستمرار بعد الافتتاح.Economic empowerment is more than a grant. It is a pathway that helps a woman build skills, set up her business, reach clients and continue after launch.
النساء اللاتي يصعب عليهن الوصول إلى الفرصةWomen with the least access to opportunity
تولي المبادرة اهتمامًا خاصًا بالنساء الأكثر احتياجًا، ومن بينهن الأرامل والمعيلات والأسر محدودة الدخل، والنساء من الأقليات الدينية والعرقية والمجتمعات المهمشة عندما يتقاطع ذلك مع الفقر وضعف الوصول إلى التدريب والتمويل والعمل.The initiative gives particular attention to women with the greatest economic need, including widows, women-led households, low-income families, and women from religious, ethnic and marginalised communities where identity intersects with poverty and limited access to training, finance and work.
يظل الاحتياج الحقيقي والاستعداد للعمل وإدارة المشروع أساس الاختيار.Genuine need, readiness to work and the ability to manage a business remain central to selection.

لأن هذا القطاع يسمح ببدء مشروع محلي بمساحة محدودة، ويعتمد على المهارة وبناء الثقة مع العميلات، ويمكن تطويره تدريجيًا إلى مصدر دخل مستدام.Because the sector allows a local business to start from a modest space, grow through skill and client trust, and develop gradually into sustainable income.
